Frequently asked questions

What is RDB?
RDB is a host agency for independent travel advisors. It provides a real network, real support, and a real seat at the table — the relationships, rooms, and favors built over twenty years serving celebrities, executives, and high-net-worth clients, now open to independent advisors.
What is an RDB Keyholder?
An RDB Keyholder is an independent travel advisor who runs their own book and owns their own clients, but never works alone. A Keyholder isn't an agent or a vendor — they're independent by design, with RDB's network and support behind them.
What support does RDB provide to travel advisors?
RDB provides training on the business of being a travel advisor (sales, tools, and the playbook), a team of experts that covers nights, weekends, and holidays, one-of-a-kind concierge services for clients, AI that sharpens advisors rather than replacing them, inbound leads, and a community that has lived this life.
Who founded RDB?
RDB was founded by Rob DelliBovi, who has spent twenty years in hospitality — on hotel sales floors, in revenue strategy rooms, and on the phone for more than one thousand celebrities, executives, productions, and high-net-worth clients. He also runs an executive recruiting team and a consultancy, sits on boards, and invests in hospitality technology.
How is RDB different from other host agencies?
Most host agencies hand you a login. RDB hands you the keys — access to the relationships, rooms, favors, and network it has spent twenty years building, plus hands-on support, concierge services, leads, and community on top of what a host agency is normally expected to do.
Does RDB take my clients?
No. RDB Keyholders are independent by design — they run their own book and own their own clients. RDB provides the network and support; the advisor keeps the relationship.
How do I join RDB or become a Keyholder?
You apply through the application form on the RDB website by sharing your name and email. If you are serious about what is next as an independent travel advisor, RDB will be in touch to talk.

For twenty years, RDB has been a hotel consultancy, an executive hospitality recruiter, and the white-glove travel operation behind celebrities, executives, and the people who don't walk through the front door. The call behind the call for the relationships, the rooms, the favors, the quiet saves. The network that doesn't show up in directories.

Now Rob is opening that world to independent travel advisors as a host agency. A real network, real support, and a real seat at the table for you and your clients.

THE FOUNDER

Rob DelliBovi has spent twenty years in the nitty-gritty of this industry, on hotel sales floors, in revenue strategy rooms, and on the other end of the phone for more than one thousand celebrities, executives, productions, and high-net-worth clients.

His agency runs the day-to-day. His executive recruiting team places the people who run hospitality, nightlife, restaurants, real estate, and F&B. His consultancy advises some of the biggest names in hospitality. He sits on boards, invests in the technology rewriting the category, and gets called by the press when the industry needs someone who actually knows what they're talking about.

What he built, he's choosing to share.
