This Privacy Policy explains how RDB ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website. It also describes the choices you have and the rights you may exercise over your personal information.
Who we are
This website is operated by RDB Enterprises Intl llc, P.O. Box 191619, Miami Beach, FL 33119. For any privacy question or request, contact us at lizzie@rdbvip.com.
Information we collect
We keep data collection to a minimum. Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
- Information you provide directly — such as your name and email address when you submit an application or contact form.
- Usage and device data collected automatically — via Google Analytics 4, if you consent. This includes pages viewed, approximate location (derived from a truncated IP address, not stored), device and browser type, referring website or search term, and how you navigate the site.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use two categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for the site to function and to remember your cookie choice. These are always active and do not require consent.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) — set only after you accept. Google sets first-party cookies such as “_ga” and “_ga_<id>” to distinguish visitors and measure usage. These are not loaded unless you opt in.
When you first visit, a banner asks for your choice. No analytics cookies or scripts load until you select “Accept”. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and secure the website.
- To respond to applications and enquiries you send us.
- To understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it (analytics — only with your consent).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
Legal bases (EEA / UK visitors)
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent for analytics cookies (which you may withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site; and taking steps at your request when you contact us or apply.
Google Analytics and international transfers
Analytics is provided by Google. When enabled, data is processed by Google LLC and may be transferred to and stored on servers in the United States and other countries. Google acts as our data processor and uses appropriate transfer safeguards. IP addresses are truncated/anonymised and are not stored by us. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and “How Google uses information from sites that use our services” (policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).
Data retention
Contact and application data is kept only as long as needed to respond and to meet legal obligations. Google Analytics data is retained according to the property’s configured retention period (currently 14 months), after which user-level data is automatically deleted.
Your choices and consent
- Cookie banner — accept or refuse analytics on your first visit.
- Cookie Settings — reopen your preferences at any time to change or withdraw consent.
- Browser controls — block or delete cookies through your browser.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC) — if your browser sends a GPC signal, we automatically treat it as a refusal of analytics and opt-out of any sharing.
- Google opt-out — install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Your privacy rights (EEA / UK)
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; restrict or object to processing; request portability; and withdraw consent. To exercise a right, contact lizzie@rdbvip.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
U.S. state privacy rights (including California)
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to access or delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. The only information collected is described above (identifiers and internet/usage activity). We honour Global Privacy Control signals as a valid opt-out, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Residents of other U.S. states with similar laws have comparable rights. To make a request, contact lizzie@rdbvip.com.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date below reflects the latest revision. Material changes affecting analytics will re-trigger the consent banner.
